My Service Philosophy
"Teaching others is teaching yourself", this words always stuck with me. I believe that using my skills and knowledge to teach others is way to not only lift others up, but to solidify my knowledge and build confidence. Therefore, every thing that I've learned through, every student that I've mentored using my learned knowledge, and every hour I've volunteered is an investment back to myself and our collective future.

Future Service Aspiration
Areas where I want to expand my community impact after graduation
📚 Open Source Education
Contribute to educational open-source projects and create free coding resources for underserved communities. An example of this would be something like Moodle, one of the largest open-source E-learning platforms.
🏫 Corporate Mentorship
Establish a formal mentorship program connecting tech professionals with CS students from underrepresented backgrounds. An example of this would be Code Mentor, an online mentorship program that allows you to connect with experienced/veteran programmers.
🚀 Digital Literacy Program
Partner with libraries to teach basic computer skills and digital literacy to seniors and low-income families. An example of this is Digital Learn, a website that teaches you everything you need to know about a computer, whether you are a beginner or advanced.
